Abstract
The topic of digital currencies is one of the topics that has received a great deal of attention, and on a wide scale, due to its importance in relation to financial transactions via international network platforms. The history of the emergence of these currencies dates back to the year (1995). Digital currencies are virtual currencies that are used in electronic financial exchanges and transactions such as money transfers and direct electronic payment, meaning that they are used only via the Internet. Statistics have shown that there is a wide demand from investors to invest in these currencies, which led to an increase in their price from (380) dollars to (10,500) dollars in the year (2018). Our research, which aims to highlight the role of digital currencies in daily transactions and sheds light on everything related to these currencies from risks and benefits, especially those related to the Hazm currency as a model, has concluded that investing in these currencies is an illegal procedure carried out by some people because these currencies do not carry the recognition of the Central Bank in them, and presented a number of recommendations that recommend not dealing with such currencies unless they obtain approval and recognition. Official bodies such as the Central Bank, especially with regard to the currency of the package.

Abstract
This article examines the formation of the national identity of a second-generation female character in the postcolonial novel, Fruit of the Lemon, written by the British-Caribbean novelist, Andrea Levy. Using Homi Bhabha’s concept of “Cultural Hybridity” and Benedict Anderson’s theory of “Imagined Communities,” the article explores how first- and second-generation immigrants experience different stages in formation of their national identities. Racism plays a significant role in highlighting the conflict between Whites and Blacks in multicultural London, as well as shaping their sense of belonging and non-belonging within the national space. Faith, the protagonist, undergoes three stages in reshaping her national identity and understanding her sense of belonging. In her early years, she integrates into the British community and adopts a British identity. After graduation, a racist society forces Faith to consider her skin color and rethink her past and place of origin. Finally, after Faith returns from Jamaica, she resolves her identity crisis and neutrally accepts both nationalities, Jamaican and British.

Abstract:
The goal of sustainable development is to meet current demands without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their demands. In order to achieve sustainable growth, social justice and environmental conservation, sustainable development aims to strike a balance between its economic, social and environmental components. Sustainable development can be achieved through the digital economy and its positives represented by expanding the economy and creating new industries and sectors such as renewable energy, agriculture, manufacturing, and others. The research used an analytical strategy for this purpose to achieve its specific goals, analyze the study hypotheses and conduct an economic analysis of the research variables using economic indicators to achieve the main goal mentioned above as well as the sub-tasks that emerged from it. The research reached a number of results arising from examining the indicators of sustainable development in Iraq across all sectors, as these indicators were within safe and advanced limits in 2019, then declined sharply during the year of the Corona pandemic (2020) and then began to rise again in 2021, indicating that the economy has achieved sustainability during the research period. These results prompted the study to present a number of recommendations that enhance the research objectives, including the need to benefit from the experiences of the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other advanced Arab countries in this vital field to diversify income, as they are advanced Arab countries, given that other Arab countries, including Iraq, suffer greatly from this aspect due to their dependence on the sole rent income resulting from oil, which leads to sustainable development.

Abstract
The issue of freedom is one of the most significant challenges facing Islamic and Arab societies in the context of the modern world. This challenge is reflected in the gap between theoretical concepts of freedom and their practical applications, which directly impacts efforts towards renaissance and progress in these societies.
The researcher argues that despite the abundance of writings that have critiqued, evaluated, and analyzed the issue of freedom in Islam and Islamic society, they often remain as mere remarks or interpretations that may be accurate or flawed. This study seeks to propose judgments and intellectual and epistemological frameworks that can be practiced in a world where modernity has introduced a different kind of revolution.
The study aims to answer the primary question: How can the issue of freedom be addressed within the context of modernity through a progressive Islamic vision to achieve the renaissance of Islamic and Arab societies? Additional questions arise from this main inquiry.
To achieve the intended outcomes, the researcher adopts an inductive-analytical approach, conducting a desk review to trace the historical developments associated with the concepts of freedom and modernity. This involves building a theoretical framework and applying critical analysis.
The researcher concludes that there is a significant difference between the concept of freedom in the West, which often detaches itself from religious texts, and the authentic Islamic concept of freedom, which establishes boundaries to empower individuals and thereby achieve Islamic and Arab renaissance. The researcher recommends the necessity of correcting the trajectory of human thought that is entangled in intellectual errors or practical behaviors regarding the perception of the concept of freedom.

Abstract:
This study seeks to show the main and secondary semantic relationships in daliat almuqnie alkinadiu , which helped to bring the text together and link its poetic sequences. In this poem, I have three themes: antagonistic relationship, post-generic detail relationship, and condition-by-answer relationship (secondary semantic relationship). The study concluded that these relationships - in addition to their role in the harmony of the text and the cohesion of its parts - played an active role in achieving a high degree of communication between the speakers and the speakers, achieving the poet's goal to defend himself, and refuting the slander and the claims of his people for what they were labeled as, in addition to their role in building a rhythmic structure that attracts attention; Attracts listen ,hearing sensitive.

Abstract
The goal of this study is to determine how EFL students at the university level understand English poetry. The participants in this study are 46 students from Taibah University Alula Campos' Languages and Translation Department for the 2019-2020 academic year. To collect data about the study, the researchers used quizzes and written exams. This paper examines a number of challenges that students confront when taking quizzes or assessments on English poetry comprehension.  The study shows that the students do not know how to define literature or classify its major genres using complete sentences. Neither do they distinguish the definition of poetry or a poem from the characteristics of a poem or the basic elements of a poem.  Another common error students make when submitting their coursework is failing to employ proper formatting and literary language. Thus, this paper investigates these problems and analyzes the data acquired from their answers and assignments and finally, the researchers will give recommendations to correct students' problems and avoid them as soon as possible

Abstract
The goal of this paper is to show how important translation was during the colonial and post-colonial periods. It also emphasizes the difficulties of translation, which stand in the way of the state's ambition to become a colonial power. The research examines translation notions that have been employed as an instrument of imperial domination and colonial relief rather than as a tool of emancipation and discourse in the post-colonial era, as well as a means of disseminating scientific and industrial knowledge. The post-colonial developments in translation are documented in this study, including how certain translations aimed to consolidate colonial beliefs while simultaneously playing a critical part in the abolition of colonialism, as well as the ideological principles on which the translation was founded. The descriptive approach is  the most appropriate for this study and addresses its problems , providing detailed, comprehensive and in-depth information Data was gathered from a variety of sources, including books, papers, and online libraries
The comparative analytical approach: which is required by the applied part of text analysis and criticism Data was gathered from a variety of sources, including books, Thus , regardless of the work requirements, the translator must be automatic and transparent. Going above and above the norm is a responsible, systematic, and professional act of translating colonial and postcolonial concepts

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to investigate the problems of central modal verbs experienced by Sudanese 4th years learners of English at tertiary level.. Special emphasis is placed on Central Modal Auxiliary Verb. The underling assumption is that the instructors of English do not give due attention to the teaching of Modal Auxiliary Verbs.  Moreover, the teaching materials used at tertiary level do not cover the area of auxiliary verbs sufficiently. So, the present study attempts to identify the frequently occurring errors in the performance of the students and offer remedial solutions to them. This is accomplished through several steps: (1) selecting 100 final students in the Department of English, Faculty of Arts, at Alneelain University as subjects (2) Two instruments for data collection were used: (a) students’ test, (b) students’ composition. The data were computed and analyzed with Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).The results of the investigation have revealed the following
The majority of EFL students face grave problems when using English modal auxiliary verbs, particularly the central modals. They do not know how to use them to express possibility, intention, or necessity and they seldom use modal verbs in their compositions

Abstract
No one can deny that modern life is invaded by technology which is in continuous evolution. This technological evolution has a detrimental effect on the ecological system, which consequently harms our physical and moral health. Faced with this ecological problem, it is necessary to resort to nature, which has always been a source of inspiration for mankind, both in solving his problems and in satisfying his needs. This return is done through biomimicry considered as an approach guided by the need to meet a technological or organizational need. It pushes the Man to be inspired by the living, the biological, known by its diversity and its wealth, to lead to the stakes of the sustainable development (social, environmental and economic) by bringing him advantageous solutions in terms of technology, comfort, economy and aesthetics. In fact, in recent years, and because of the ecological crisis, many works and researches of innovation on biomimicry have been carried out on a global scale. These works show a remarkable rapprochement in the approach of some physicists and chemists with the modes of functioning of the living

All these researches are explained by the fact that biomimicry is currently considered as the advantageous solution that ensures sustainability. The biomimetic approach starts from the imitation of the living because the nature offers enough materials and functions. But to be able to copy a system, we must already understand how it works. This shows that in biomimicry, we note an approach of three steps: Imitation of the form, imitation of the process and imitation of the strategy of ecosystems and their interrelations
We aim then to analyze the complex properties of materials and biological processes of the living and to divert them to industrial purposes. It is important to say that in nature, there is no waste, everything is to be recycled. Every living species is a library that inspires Man to produce an object. Moreover, the analysis of living materials shows that these materials have particular qualities

Abstract
The poor performance of banking activity and non-banking financial institutions, as well as the failure of Iraqi banks to update their banking systems, have contributed to the consolidation of poor banking awareness and a decline in individual banking use, resulting in a low level of banking services, which are an important part of the service sector and the structure of output in Iraq from 2004 to 2020. Activating the role of banking and non-banking financial institutions contributes to diversifying the sources of output and addresses part of the structural imbalance in the output structure. The inductive method and the deductive method were relied upon in order to investigate the potential of reform and the importance of implementing it in the banking system, based on references from books, reports, research and the relevant global information network

Abstract
Islam has realized from the beginning the importance of the material factor and its situation, as it must be placed as an influencing factor among other factors. The Islamic economy had a special concept and conception in theory (legislative foundations) that the jurists put in place to address and alleviate the situation of poverty and unemployment, and the problem of poverty is one of the most complex problems that societies suffer from. Humankind because of its association with the economic system and its impact on political, economic and social considerations in it, which led to the survival of those societies suffering from its division into two categories, the first rich accounted for wealth and the second poor, which continued to suffer from underdevelopment and a low standard of living. Islam has established a war on poverty and imposed a siege on it. Every observatory has set it up to ward off danger to faith, morals, and behavior, to preserve the family, to preserve society, and to work on its stability and cohesion and the rule of brotherhood among its sons. Hence Islam enjoins that every individual living in his community achieve what he lives a decent human life by. It means that an adequate standard of living must be created for him, and that the continuous changes that accompanied the economic life in Iraq clearly had their effects on the present generation, as the rate of poverty and unemployment reached its peak clearly for the period (2010-2020)

Abstract
Despite the necessity and importance of change for organizations, this process is hardly devoid of the difficulties of workers’ resistance to the introduction of these changes, due to the workers’ economic, social and organizational concerns based on objective and non-objective bases, and here comes the role of managers in reducing the severity of this resistance, through Adopting appropriate leadership styles to make employees understand the goals of change and the positive results that will be achieved for them.
What are the reasons that lead to the resistance of administrative workers to change in companies in general, and in public sector companies in African countries in particular?
Through the study and analysis of the nature of leadership styles used by managers in the companies under study, and identifying the nature of the organizational dimension that leads to workers’ resistance to change, and after testing the hypotheses that pertain to the relationship between managers’ leadership styles and their impact on the removal of workers to change,

Abstract
Inflation is sometimes referred to as (a increase in the rate of prices, implying a loss in the value of the monetary unit) or (a rise in the rate of prices, implying a decrease in the value of the monetary unit) or (a rise in the rate of prices, implying (it is a continuous rise in prices and not just high prices). According to Keynes (correct inflation is the situation in which no additional increase in total demand leads to an additional increase in production).. Regardless of the various definitions, forms, and causes of inflation, inflation remains primarily a monetary phenomenon. Controlling it, on the other hand, necessitates regulating the money supply to ensure that it rises at a rate that is compatible with demand and at stable prices. The amount of money in the Iraqi market is remarkable, and large amounts of it are no longer sufficient to buy a basic commodity or service, to the point where following up on the rise in the prices of goods, merchandise, and services in Iraq to estimate their rates has become a difficult process due to the continuous rise in their prices.

Abstract
This article aimed to scrutinize the EU’s cause of powerlessness in dealing with the confrontation, which erupted between the Israeli occupation and Gaza strip in May 2021. Due to the fact that the EU was one of the least actionist external big actors which affected the situation on ground during the war politically and diplomatically, this article tried to interpret this deficiency, as researchers have not tackled it so far. However, in serving this, forty-one EU parliamentary members’ speeches (MEPs) have been critically and thoroughly analyzed. Using content analysis, alongside other tools extracted from the realist perspective combined with one of the constructivist theoretical angles, significantly enabled the researcher in analyzing the European politicians’ discourses in this regard. It is significantly found that the revisiting EU failure in adequately tackling such an event is attributed to the biased convictions and subjective perceptions that most of the EU politicians hold about the Israeli-Palestinian cause. Conflictual diagnostic perceptions of the MEPs with regard to the exploded situation expressively shown the extent to which divisions amongst politicians have left the EU’s diplomacy miserably paralyzed; a matter that confirmed the realists’ perspective about the EU foreign policy as it is “nothing more than the combined effort of the member states’ foreign policies”. Undoubtedly, having unanimity, as a mechanism for foreign policy decision-making, contributed to putting extra burdens on the EU politicians, particularly in the dossier under investigation. Hence, light was shed on MEPs’ perspectives regarding the roots of the confrontation, justice against peace, self-defense versus right of resistance and demonization of Hamas contrasted with humanitirization of Israel.

Abstract
Iraq, being one of Iran's western neighbours, has played and continues to play a significant role in the country's non-oil exports, particularly amid the country's sanctions. With $9 billion in non-oil exports in 2019, Iraq was the second-largest destination for Iranian goods. However, the process of US sanctions on Iran and their negative impact on it, as well as the unilateral trade between Tehran and Baghdad, are all issues that threaten Iran's exports to Iraq. On this basis, it seems that a new approach to trade relations with Iraq, as well as improving export operations, can contribute to stabilizing and strengthening trade relations between Iran and Iraq.

Abstract
The study focused on revealing the foundations of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers in order to facilitate the learners' task and find the best methods that help achieve their purposes, whether they are private or public purposes. The study aimed to teach the Arabic language correctly, spread it among non-native speakers, teach language skills in a clear and integrated manner, choose appropriate teaching methods, find the most effective ways to communicate the Arabic language to the whole world, and preserve the sounds of the Arabic language as they are. The researcher followed the descriptive-analytical approach, which is concerned with human studies. The study community was not specific to the researcher, as far as the idea was, to facilitate Arabic for non-native speakers, and what prompted her to do so, is that she was born in an environment characterized by multilingualism, including the Arabic language in northern Sudan, which affected their pronunciation of sounds, so she chose to present a study to benefit non-Arabic speaking Muslims in general, and people in Sudan. The study reached results, including learners of the Arabic language in general, their education must be based on knowledge of the four language skills, and the learner of non-native speakers, in particular, must be trained and practice these skills. No method of teaching is perfect and free from defects, but it is the educational situation, which imposes a certain type of method. Some of the non-native Arabic language learners have reached a stage of mastery that may exceed the native ones.

Abstract:
This research deals with the analytical stylistic study of the noble verses of Surat Al-Mutaffifin in order to prove their Meccan, whether differed in them or not, using the stylistic approach in analyzing these verses from the textual point of view (commas, vocabulary, phrases and structures in their various forms), and content (ideas and themes), after extrapolating their stylistic phenomena. And following the surat, monitoring, analyzing, and comparing it with the stylistic characteristics of the texts of the Madonah’s and Meccan revelations, as a prelude to deciding the Meccanity or Madinyan of this surah, or at least weighting it, which is something new in determining the Meccanity or Madinah’s of Qur’anic verses using one of the modern approaches to the rhetorical lesson. The nature of the research necessitated that it includes four axes, namely: proving Meccan through phonological, and morphological structures, as well as Meccan through analyzing syntactic structures, and finally proving Meccan through content analysis. The research concluded that there are many precise and many similarities, whether at the phonemic, morphological, syntactic, or content level, between the style of Surat Al-Mutaffifin and many of the texts of the Meccan revelation. Which clues towards proving the Meccanity of this noble surah.

Abstract
This research attempts to reveal and study the major features of the scientific approach taken by one of the greatest imams of reading and recitation in studying and teaching the Koranic sound and its phenomena, namely the imam Makki Bin Abi Talib Al-Qaisi through his book “Ar-Ri’ayah”. The research described Imam Makki’s approach to the presentation of sound information in Koranic recitation, as well as his approach to teaching the sounds of the Koran. The research concluded that the approach was unique and innovative, in which Imam Makki balanced the purposes of scientific authorship and the requirements of education and indoctrination. Among the features of that approach is that Makki has moved away, as far as possible, from the differences between scholars on many phonological issues and has focused on: “The facts of speech, giving the word its right and knowing the provisions of the letters from which words arise, which is no different in most of it”, according to Makki.

Abstract
Culture has been the focus of teachers and specialists in language learning environments in various contexts. This study examines Arab learners’ views on the impact of culture on language learning. The study is qualitative in nature and used open-ended interviews with a sample of 25 participants from the Department of English and Translation at Qassim University. The interviews with the participants are recorded, transcribed, and classified under themes. The findings showed that students believe that the teaching materials, pedagogy, and teachers’ developments are not sufficient to develop students communicating in the target language. Furthermore, the study showed that view opportunities can be exploited to expose to the target language culture in the classroom. They reported low awareness of the combination of learning both language and culture in language acquisition, it is not easy to absorb culture though. The study also shows that culture affects the communication skills of learners. The study urges language teachers to emphasize awareness of the target language culture in their classrooms. They should also introduce their learners to the differences between Arabic and English to avoid miscommunication and undue adoption of cultural traits.

Abstract
The career of human translators is currently under threat due to automation, which many anticipate will eventually be supplanted by artificial intelligence. According to translators, Artificial intelligence is projected to replace human translators shortly soon. This article examines the various viewpoints of translators and experts on the controversial topic of machine translation as an artificial intelligence component, which is expected to eliminate thousands of jobs in the near future and automate the translation industry instead of being performed by human translators. The analysis focuses attention on MT and the threat of replacement. Two key findings are mentioned. First, translators and specialists disagree on the claims and threats despite advances in machine translation. Second, although there has been continuous progress in machine translation, the Arabic Language has a complex system that cannot be readily outperformed by Artificial intelligence. This article argues for the proper use of AI to ensure a high-quality translation.

Abstract
American policy has witnessed an escalation and a change in attitudes toward the Iranian nuclear file since the Iranian revolution. Especially after President Barack Obama came to power, which was characterized by diplomacy and negotiations, which resulted in the signing of a 5 + 1 agreement in 2015, and with the arrival of the US administration with the administration of Donald Trump, the policy changed by canceling the Iran nuclear agreement, on the grounds that the agreement is a loss and harms interests American. On the other hand, after current President Joe Biden came to power, he wanted to restore the Iran nuclear deal all over again.

Therefore, the study attempts to answer the extent to which the policy of successive US administrations towards the Iranian nuclear file differed from 2016 to 2022. The study assumes that the US policy towards the Iranian nuclear file is based on defining Iran's role in the region and preventing it from acquiring nuclear weapons so as not to endanger US interests in the region.
