Abstract:
Most concentration of individual behavior is located in the middle (around the center) on the distribution line for human behavior, And the few are distributed on both sides (Normal behavior, abnormal behavior) The person may move his behavior from time to time From normal behavior to abnormal behavior, And that due to situations that may lead to radical changes in his behavior, There are many factors, including internal and external factors, And they both push him to act in that way, Monitor behavior continuously and try to correct it Of the negative manifestations, mental illness, and be positive ,All these aspects indicate that the person is mentally healthy, And poised to adapt to his community, able to face and solve his problems, And there be non-self-incompatible, Controlled by their psychological tendencies And their emotions to be vulnerable to mental and mental illness That reflects these abnormal behaviors, And that most of the fiercest of these abnormal behaviors, Is the psychopathology covered by our current research.

Abstract:
This research discusses the definitions of the environment and its elements and the environmental pollution in all its forms, including all kinds of wastes and the ways of dealing with them, supported by some statistics. It also clarifies its situation in the international law and how it is subjected to the environmental and international principles which were stated to reduce environmental pollution resulting from wrong practices, and with the aim of strengthening the role of the executive bodies in applying the decisions and follow-up the procedures to protect and improve the environment.
The research also deals with the local laws which are related to the subject of research, such as the legislation issued in the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Iraq.

Abstract:
Arabic linguistic dictionary evolution- authenticating and convoying study
The appearance of the Arabic linguistic dictionaries since 2nd higri century coincided with the researches in the private linguistics issues and articulated. Also, it became sources for the subsequent dictionaries especially the subject's dictionaries in which "Al Mokhassas" the most famous of it.
"Al Aien" was the first Arabic words dictionary to appear. In which foundation in phonetics and constructional organization was aguidance for the post dictionaries, then appeard alongside some other dictionaries witch mixed the constructional system into the alphabetically- ordered dictionaries. However, what prevailed later was the alphabetically- ordered dictionaries on the first and the last archetypes as they were easier to consider- these dictionaries were repeatedly confined to the linguistic ones till the end of the 4th higri century. They didn't also take heed of language development, and they differed in dealing with the strange unique, the accuracy of the inner organization of language, the digress in explanationed and the overuse of manifold linguistics archetypes which led the new novel dictionaries to keep up with that so as to achieve development and accurate inner organization set up the linguistic archetypes according to the need and employ the aids through pictures and drawings. Cairo Arabic language Academy dictionaries represent the best, especially the medium and the large dictionaries.

The following research deals with ideas analysis as a research methodology. It addresses ideas mentioned by educator (professor Dr. Muhammad Qutb) in his statement for education in Islam (by his book Education Curricula in Islam) that includes two parts and takes from The Holy Quran as constitution in its texts that created a society and transfer them from astray to perfect light in record time. Also, it transfers the society from weak and scattered in the deserts ruins into power underwent by empires. The need to analyze this book in spite of the existing of many books on shelves of libraries and full of dust and have not mentioned by anybody. The selection of this person without other came for many reasons:

In addition to the advantages that the Member States are getting from others, as well as the disadvantages faced by the WTO Member States and the positives received by these WTO Member States, we explained the role played by the WTO in developing In addition to resolving disputes between member states and non-members, the WTO is increasingly widespread and willing to join, but its future faces several challenges among WTO members who dominate the global economy in terms of trade terms. Industry, customs taxes and competition in industrial markets, but nonetheless the future is booming for this giant global organization.

7.The Role of Information Security Measures in Reducing the Risks of Information Security at Taif University

Abstract:
This paper focuses on identifying the role of information security measures in reducing the risks of information security at Taif University. In order to achieve this aim, a questionnaire consisting of 52 items was designed to be distributed to the study sample of 129 employees. The study concluded that the security measures in reducing the risks of information security in the university are high. The security measures to prevent network hacking came at a high level, while security measures to prevent penetration through social engineering came at an average level. Also, malware security measures came at an average level. Information security measures helps in reducing internal, external, and natural risks to the system. The study recommended that the university administration classifies its information in a way that suits its work and maintain its data so as not to harm the system, improve the mechanisms of access control of the system, develop programs and procedures related to the administrative levels and authorities within the system, and focus on the security requirements of information, safety, and confidentiality.
