Abstract: Arabic linguistic dictionary evolution- authenticating and convoying study The appearance of the Arabic linguistic dictionaries since 2nd higri century coincided with the researches in the private linguistics issues and articulated. Also, it became sources for the subsequent dictionaries especially the subject's dictionaries in which "Al Mokhassas" the most famous of it. "Al Aien" was the first Arabic words dictionary to appear. In which foundation in phonetics and constructional organization was aguidance for the post dictionaries, then appeard alongside some other dictionaries witch mixed the constructional system into the alphabetically- ordered dictionaries. However, what prevailed later was the alphabetically- ordered dictionaries on the first and the last archetypes as they were easier to consider- these dictionaries were repeatedly confined to the linguistic ones till the end of the 4th higri century. They didn't also take heed of language development, and they differed in dealing with the strange unique, the accuracy of the inner organization of language, the digress in explanationed and the overuse of manifold linguistics archetypes which led the new novel dictionaries to keep up with that so as to achieve development and accurate inner organization set up the linguistic archetypes according to the need and employ the aids through pictures and drawings. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Abstract: This paper focuses on identifying the role of information security measures in reducing the risks of information security at Taif University. In order to achieve this aim, a questionnaire consisting of 52 items was designed to be distributed to the study sample of 129 employees. The study concluded that the security measures in reducing the risks of information security in the university are high. The security measures to prevent network hacking came at a high level, while security measures to prevent penetration through social engineering came at an average level. Also, malware security measures came at an average level. Information security measures helps in reducing internal, external, and natural risks to the system. The study recommended that the university administration classifies its information in a way that suits its work and maintain its data so as not to harm the system, improve the mechanisms of access control of the system, develop programs and procedures related to the administrative levels and authorities within the system, and focus on the security requirements of information, safety, and confidentiality.
